Is there a free trial?: Yes. Starter and Pro plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You only pay once the trial ends and you choose to continue.
Can I change plans later?: Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?: If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, reach out and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
What happens when I hit my post limit?: You'll get a notification before reaching your limit. Scheduled posts won't be deleted, they'll be queued and sent once you upgrade or your limit resets next month.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?: Not yet, but we're working on it. All plans are currently billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
